- The check-in time is 12:00 Hrs. noon and check-out is 12:00 Hrs. noon.
- All rooms’ charges and balance payment must be settled before check-in.
- All rooms and incidental charges are chargeable to your personal account and must be settles upon check-out.
- All the booking received will be confirmed subject to availability.
- Money, Jewels and other valuable are brought to the property (MI casa serviced suites) at the guest’s sole risk. The property (MI casa serviced suites) and / or the management accept no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto and guest remain solely responsible for the safe keeping of any such items.
- Rooms will be confirmed only against a guarantee of identification card (approved by govt.) Produced before check-in.
- Any unmarried or unrelated guests posing as couples may not be allowed to Check-in and this is at full discretion of The Hotel management.
- The guest consent to the usage of personal information for administrative and marketing purpose. The hotel guarantees not to disclose information to third parties other and affiliated companies.
- The hotel reserve the right to admission.
